Israel is in a Moment of Weakness. Here’s How to Pray.

Intercessors are aware that Israel is at what may be her time of greatest weakness in her 75 years as a modern state. She is surrounded by enemies on every side that are proxies of Iran vowing her destruction, and she is divided within to the point that some are even raising the question of a possible “civil war”.
How should we pray at this time?
나는 주님께서 예루살렘의 기도의집인 수캇할렐에서 유월절이 시작되기 직전인 2023년 4월 23일 매주 월요일 아침마다의 “정부영역 파수” 시간 중 한 날에 환상으로 내게 하나의 열쇠를 주셨다고 믿습니다.
I believe the Lord gave me a key in a vision I received at the Succat Hallel house of prayer in Jerusalem, during our Monday morning “Government Watch” on April 10th, 2023 — just before Passover.
나는 주님께서 이스라엘을 극도로 취약한 “길갈” 순간으로 이끄시는 것을 보았고, 그곳에서 이스라엘은 그 자신의 힘을 더 이상 의지할 수 없었고, “아도나이 쩨빠옷”(“만군의 주”)께 자신을 구해달라고 부르짖게 되었습니다.
I saw that the Lord was bringing Israel to a “Gilgal” moment of extreme weakness, where she could no longer depend on her own strength, but would call out to the “Adonai Tzevaot” (“Lord of the Armies of Heaven”) to save her.

In this vision, I saw the Lord leading many individual Israelis down into the valley to the East of Jericho, the lowest place on earth. The location of “Gilgal”. As my wife Patricia was singing the song “Fire in the Night and a Cloud by Day”, praying for the Lord to lead the nation of Israel, I felt the Lord was spiritually leading them to “Gilgal” in a cloud by day and a pillar of fire by night.

The encampment of Gilgal was the place where the Israelites had finally crossed the Jordan into the Promised Land. They and the nations surrounding them had witnessed the Lord supernaturally bring them across the Jordan River (by the Lord holding it back during flood stage so they could cross over on dry land).

They camped on the plains of Jericho, facing the huge walls of that great fortress. Jericho means the “City of the Moon God”. I believe they were facing the same demonic spirits working through the worship of the moon god within Islam.

Facing this formidable opposition, the Lord commanded that all the men under 40 (their army) be circumcised. As they had not entered into the covenant of Abraham by circumcision during their 40 years wandering in the desert.

Since it takes about 8-14 days for men to recover from adult circumcision, this put them in a position of extreme weakness and vulnerability. They needed to exercise total trust and dependence upon the Lord to save them and give them victory.

In another vision given to me on April 13th, the Lord took a scalpel and circumcised the hearts of those He had brought down to “Gilgal”. I saw Him take His scalpel and cut away the stone that encased their hearts.
돌이 두 조각으로 떨어지며 바퀴처럼 굴러갔습니다. 그러면서 마음들이 부드러워졌고, 그분께서 그들에게서 완고함이 떨어져나가며 애굽의 비난이나 수치로부터 떼어내셨다고 선포하셨습니다.
The stone fell off in two halves that rolled away like wheels. The hearts were then soft, and He proclaimed as the hardness rolled away that He had now taken away from them the reproach or shame of Egypt.
나는 그들의 우상숭배와 나라를 우상에게 의존했던 수치가 떨어져나가는 것이라 믿습니다.
I believe that is their own shame of idolatry, and the shame that the nations put upon them.
그리고 이것은 그들의 마음을 요단강에서 할례받고 예슈아(예수님)께서 그들을 모두기 전에 그들을 그분 자신으로부터 물로 깨끗하게 하는 것이었습니다. 그들이 물에서 다시 올라올 때 그분은 그들에게서 그들의 손으로 그들의 “달신” 대적을 쫓아내게 해주실 수 있었습니다.

Then these that had their hearts circumcised stood in the Jordan River, and Yeshua (Jesus) Himself sprinkled clean water upon them before immersing them. When they rose out of the water, He was then able to deliver their “moon god” enemies into their hands.

The next day, I received the following text from Dr. Kerry Teplinsky, who made aliyah (immigrated to Israel) after working many years as the surgeon over the cardiac department of a large hospital in the Los Angeles area:

“I was praying this morning about what you shared at Succat Hallel yesterday morning about your vision, and about the heart of stone being excised, and the manner in which it was excised. Two things occurred to me. First, there actually is a heart operation that sometimes needs to be performed on people who have had the lining of their hearts inflamed (pericarditis) and develop chronic fibrosis of that outer lining, so that their hearts become almost encased in a leather-like sac. The surgeon has to painstakingly peel off this sac from all around their heart in order to expose the flesh again and allow it to function normally. It is called a pericardiectomy. Then, this morning I was in prayer about Ezekiel and about the need to have our hearts circumcised, which is also a procedure where the surgeon (‘mohel’) cuts all the way around in a circle to expose the flesh. You described seeing the stone fall off the heart. I think the surgical procedure I described is a literal fulfillment of the heart circumcision you saw.”

Many millions of intercessors will be focusing prayer on Jerusalem and Israel during the Isaiah 62 Global 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting (May 7-28, 2023).
During that prayer focus, and afterwards, I believe the Lord is calling us to pray and proclaim over Israel His Word from Ezekiel 36:22-28:

22 그러므로 너는 이스라엘 족속에게 이르기를 주 여호와께서 이같이 말씀하시기를 이스라엘 족속아 내가 이렇게 행함은 너희를 위함이 아니요 너희가 들어간 그 여러 나라에서 더럽힌 나의 거룩한 이름을 위함이라
23 여러 나라 가운데에서 더럽혀진 이름 곧 너희가 그들 가운데에서 더럽힌 나의 큰 이름을 내가 거룩하게 할지라 내가 그들의 눈 앞에서 너희로 말미암아 나의 거룩함을 나타내리니 내가 여호와인 줄을 여러 나라 사람이 알리라 주 여호와의 말씀이니라
24 내가 너희를 여러 나라 가운데에서 인도하여 내고 여러 민족 가운데에서 모아 데리고 고국 땅에 들어가서
25 맑은 물을 너희에게 뿌려서 너희로 정결하게 하되 곧 너희 모든 더러운 것에서와 모든 우상 숭배에서 너희를 정결하게 할 것이며
26 또 새 영을 너희 속에 두고 새 마음을 너희에게 주되 너희 육신에서 굳은 마음을 제거하고 부드러운 마음을 줄 것이며
27 또 내 영을 너희 속에 두어 너희로 내 율례를 행하게 하리니 너희가 내 규례를 지켜 행할지라
28 내가 너희 조상들에게 준 땅에서 너희가 거주하면서 내 백성이 되고 나는 너희 하나님이 되리라
“Therefore say to the Israelites, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: It is not for your sake, people of Israel, that I am going to do these things, but for the sake of my holy name, which you have profaned among the nations where you have gone. I will show the holiness of my great name, which has been profaned among the nations, the name you have profaned among them. Then the nations will know that I am the Lord, declares the Sovereign Lord, when I am proved holy through you before their eyes.’”
“‘For I will take you out of the nations; I will gather you from all the countries and bring you back into your own land. I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse you from all your impurities and from all your idols. I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. And I will put my Spirit in you and move you to follow my decrees and be careful to keep my laws. Then you will live in the land I gave your ancestors; you will be my people, and I will be your God.’” — Ezekiel 36:22-28
